Re:gen is a Christ-centered, biblically-based, 12-step discipleship program designed to guide individuals through healing, freedom, and new life in Jesus. It offers a safe place for anyone, regardless of background or struggle, to honestly engage with life’s brokenness and work through the steps of transformation in a community of support. Participants begin with foundational “Groundwork” sessions and then progress with daily curriculum and weekly small-group meetings over roughly a year. The program emphasizes daily connection with God’s Word and prayer, authentic community with others, and the deeper aim of discipleship and life change, not simply behavior modification. 

 

Topics addressed include anxiety, anger, codependency, depression, shame, fear, control, people pleasing, relational hurts, addictions and destructive patterns of any kind, while always pointing to the gospel and identity in Christ as the foundation of freedom.
